This is what the First Family wore for Easter, because no holiday is complete without high fashion. Sasha and Malia went with dark colors for the occasion (so brave), while the President and First Lady lightened up their looks for spring. Sasha’s necklace is the most enviable piece she’s ever worn.

Also notice that Malia is almost as tall as her father now — she and I should start a club.

For whatever reason, people love Shakira, and for whatever reason, Shakira is pregnant. She has been keeping up with her performance schedule, and seems to have become one of those pregnant women who uses first person plural to refer to herself and her fetus. After a recent show, she tweeted, “I felt awesome on stage! We really enjoyed tonight!” along with a photo of just herself.

Oh, no, Shakira. Don’t do that.

Do not confuse my amused expression with one of endearment. I just love seeing working-class children in their natural habitat (the street). Distressed jeans, distressed hair, and iPhone 4???

First of all, eating outside is gross.

Jessica Alba recently reported that her daughter, Honor Warren, wants to be a “doctor mermaid” when she grows up. That is not a thing. I assume she means she wants to be a mermaid who is also a doctor, and not a doctor who treats mermaid patients, although neither one probably has great career prospects.

At least she’s pretty.
